Do I still bring my own keys on Pro?
Yes — your TMDB key (free, takes 60 seconds to grab) and any optional MDBList / RPDB / Trakt connection. Pro only handles the AI key for you. AI Streams is catalogs + metadata only; bring whatever Stremio playback addon you already use separately.
What does "AI-ranked" actually mean?
We embed the top 10,000 popular titles into a pgvector index with overview text + genres + year. When you open an AI Picks row, we embed a query built from your Trakt + MDBList + local watch history, retrieve top-N nearest neighbors, and re-rank with a small LLM. No hallucinated IMDB IDs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Stripe subscription, cancel from the customer portal or email receipt. Your addon URL keeps working on the free tier after cancellation.
Is there a refund policy?
Email within 7 days of signup, no questions asked.
What about my privacy?
Keys are AES-encrypted at rest with a separate encryption key from the free-tier addon URL. Watch history lives in your own row on Neon Postgres, scoped to your user ID.
